The Moreno Valley Logistics #5 project located in Moreno Valley, CA and is a 1.1-million-dollar contract for Fullmer Construction. Our work on this project includes 4,000 Lf of storm drain, 4 large storm detention basins, 600 Lf of sewer, and some offsite CML&C water work. The 4 large detention basins are designed between a 16” high pressure gas main to the North, and just a few feet from the main building structure to the South, thus creating numerous challenges during the dig, placement, and backfill operations. This is a large structure that engulfs most the site, with many trades pushing completion of tasks, so coordination , communication and team work is essential to meeting Fullmer’s schedule of completion. Our team is meeting challenges head on, with special attention being focused on site accessibility, order of operations, accountability and team work.
