Vendors and Food Trucks:
The 6th Annual Cars, Crafts, Bikes and BBQ Charity Car and Bike Show is going to be bigger and better than ever – but vendor space is limited, so pre-registration is REQUIRED for all vendors!
Pre-Registration Prices:
Vendor Booths: $45 pre-registration
Pre-registration is required.
Space for a 10x10 pop-up tent will be provided.
Vendors must bring their own tent, tables, chairs, supplies, and staff.
All pop-up tents and EZ-Ups MUST be secured to the ground!
Snack Vendors: $45 pre-registration
Pre-registration and Food Permit required in advance!
Please be prepared to upload a copy of your Food Permit when competing your online registration!

Food Trucks/Vendors: $75 pre-registration, PLUS $150 refundable deposit

The $150 deposit will be refunded at the end of the event. However, if you wish to donate the deposit to this year’s charities, a tax receipt will be provided to you at the end of the event!
All registrants will receive a free show shirt! Please let us know your style and size preference in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request!
The last day to cancel for a full refund of your pre-registration fees is October 1, 2022.
Day of Event Instructions:
Please arrive between 7:15 and 8:15am to check in with the registration booth, receive your show shirt, and be directed to your vendor space. There will be no access after 8:15am; loading and unloading will be allowed during setup and tear-down times ONLY. All vendors must be in their spaces by no later than 8:30am!
