Please let us know your style and size preference for show shirt(s) in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request!
If you would like to register the allotted number of cars and/or motorcycles for your chosen sponsorship option, please be sure to submit the information in advance, as space is limited!
For any sponsors who wish to bring a vendor booth:
Please let us know in advance, as vendor space is highly limited!
Space for a 10x10 pop-up tent will be provided.
Vendors must bring their own pop-up tent, tables, chairs, supplies, and staff.
All pop-up tents and EZ-Ups MUST be secured to the ground!
Day of Event Instructions for Sponsors Bringing Car(s), Motorcycle(s), and/or a Vendor Booth:
Please arrive between 7:15 and 8:15am to check in with the registration booth, receive your show shirt(s), and choose your parking and/or vendor spot(s). There will be no access after 8:15am. All cars, motorcycles, and vendors must be in their spot by no later than 8:30am! Please note that parking spots for cars and motorcycles will be given on a “first come, first served” basis, as space is limited.
