Digging the Future together

Our university hire positions are for those who have recently graduated or will be graduating from a university in less than a year, and are looking to launch their career in the construction industry. Our internship positions are great for current students who are a year or two away from graduation.

Project Management

Our Project Management department helps lead a facilitate our projects to make sure everything is seamlessly coordinated. They use their engineering skills and customer service/can-do attitudes every day. This position is great for Engineering and Construction Management degrees.

ESTIMATING

Our team of Estimators have experience in a variety of trades including: Sewer, Water, Storm Drain, Concrete Structures, Dry Utilities, Pot Holing, Pump Stations, Public Works and General Engineering. This experience makes it possible for us to partner with our clients throughout the design, budgeting and construction of an array of new and exciting Single Family, Multi Family, Public Works and Commercial projects. The estimating department is responsible for reviewing and analyzing bid documents, completing take-offs, preparing and presenting qualified estimates to our clients based on existing data, cost analysis, existing conditions and most importantly client needs. This position is great for Engineering and Math degrees.

Purchasing/Materials Department

The Purchasing department is responsible for department activities with a primary focus of procurement, expediting and scheduling deliveries of materials for jobsites. These positions are great for logistics, accounting, and business degrees.

Accounting

Our accounting department is the backbone to payment structure. They are comprised of accounts receivable, accounts payable, construction accountants, contract administrators and more.

I received my degree in Civil Engineering from Cal Poly Pomona in 2015. While attending the on campus engineering career fair, I met with the Boudreau Pipeline recruitment team. After talking with the recruitment team, I was very impressed and highly interested in working with Boudreau Pipeline.
